THE WORLD LIGHT-HOUSE DIPLOM
EXCELLENCE
     
        The Diploma is granted in the following categories: CW / Phone / RTTY / Mixed. All connections on
HF / SW are eligible including WARC bands. A 50 MHz / 6 m is also granted.

Connections where assistance was needed are not eligible: relay station, satellite, packet radio or telephone.

In order to receive the Diploma all connections made since 1 st January 2000 from any lighthouse, under whatever referential sign (either CLH & ARLH & LH or WLH reference) found on the TWLH list are recognised / accepted.

The Diploma is available to all receiving (SWL) radio amateurs under the same conditions existing for licensed operators.

          This is an eleven (11) stage Diploma compiled of:

 1) TWLHD – excellent: 50 different lighthouses from the TWLH-list
 2) Excellent 100 - sticker: 100 different lighthouses from the TWLH-list
 3) Excellent 200 - sticker: 200 different lighthouses from the TWLH-list
 4) Excellent 300 - sticker and trophy: 300 different lighthouses from the TWLH-list
 5) Excellent 400 - sticker: 400 different lighthouses from the TWLH-list
 6) Excellent 500 - sticker: 500 different lighthouses from the TWLH-list
 7) Excellent 600 - sticker and trophy: 600 different lighthouses from the TWLH-list
 8) Excellent 700 - sticker: 700 different lighthouses from the TWLH-list
 9) Excellent 800 - sticker: 800 different lighthouses from the TWLH-list
10) Excellent 900 - sticker and trophy: 900 different lighthouses from the TWLH-list
11) Excellent 1000 – Honour Roll – sticker: 1000 different lighthouses from the TWLH-list.

The price of the TWLHD – excellent is 10 €.
The price of a particular TWLHD excellent sticker is 2 €.
The price of a particular TWLHD trophy is 50 €.

Honour Roll TWLHD sticker is free of charge for all winners.

Applicants for the various diplomas must have a QSL card, but these do not have to be sent in for inspection.
It is enough to send in the “Diplom - Application form” with a list of certified lighthouses from the TWLH list, arranged
alphabetically and numerically, together with all the information about each and every connection with the QSL card,
the referential sign of the lighthouse under which it was made (CLH & ARLH & LH or WLH), the lighthouse's name, position, stop sign, date, time, band, rapport and mode of operation.
